- Item received is damaged or defective
- Wrong item delivered
- Item doesn't match description or photos
- Item arrived with a missing part
- Significantly delayed beyond estimated delivery window
✗ Not Eligible
- Items marked as 'Final Sale' or 'Non-Returnable'
- Innerwear, swimwear, and pierced jewellery (hygiene policy)
- Items returned after 30 days of delivery
- Items with removed tags, worn, washed or altered
- Damage caused by misuse or improper handling

Our team reviews your request within 24 hours and approves eligible returns.

Pack & Ship
We'll schedule a free pickup from your address. Keep the original packaging.

Refund Issued
Refund is processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days after item receipt.

How long do I have to return an item?
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to raise a return request.
Is return shipping free?
Yes — for eligible returns, we schedule a free pickup at no cost to you.
Can I exchange an item instead of returning?
Currently we don't offer direct exchanges. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order.
What if I paid with a wallet or gift card?
Refunds for wallet or gift card payments are credited back to the same wallet / gift card.
My refund still hasn't arrived after 5 days?
Bank processing times vary. If it's been more than 7 business days, contact our support team with your order number.
