What can be returned?

✓ Eligible for Return
  • Item received is damaged or defective
  • Wrong item delivered
  • Item doesn't match description or photos
  • Item arrived with a missing part
  • Significantly delayed beyond estimated delivery window
✗ Not Eligible
  • Items marked as 'Final Sale' or 'Non-Returnable'
  • Innerwear, swimwear, and pierced jewellery (hygiene policy)
  • Items returned after 30 days of delivery
  • Items with removed tags, worn, washed or altered
  • Damage caused by misuse or improper handling

How to return an item

Go to My Orders → Select item → Click 'Return / Refund'. Takes 2 minutes.

We Review
Our team reviews your request within 24 hours and approves eligible returns.
STEP 03
Pack & Ship
We'll schedule a free pickup from your address. Keep the original packaging.
STEP 04
Refund Issued
Refund is processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days after item receipt.

How long do I have to return an item?
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to raise a return request.
Is return shipping free?
Yes — for eligible returns, we schedule a free pickup at no cost to you.
Can I exchange an item instead of returning?
Currently we don't offer direct exchanges. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order.
What if I paid with a wallet or gift card?
Refunds for wallet or gift card payments are credited back to the same wallet / gift card.
My refund still hasn't arrived after 5 days?
Bank processing times vary. If it's been more than 7 business days, contact our support team with your order number.
